Who are Yeoman (SW) Ltd?

We are Gavin and Shaun Yeoman; two brothers who share a passion for designing and installing high-efficiency central heating systems. We are serious about our work, and serious about having a good time doing it. We also enjoy spending time together – we’ve been in business together now for 14 years, and with 31 years of experience between us we are committed to providing the highest-quality design, installation, servicing and maintenance of heating systems to suit all types of homes.

Customer Service

We put our success as a business down to the fact that we put customer service first. We treat our clients as lifelong clients right from the start because that’s what we want to build – a trusting relationship with people who know that we’re providing the best for them.

Design

It’s important to us that what we recommend to our clients is what they actually need or want rather than trying to push the most expensive product. We keep on top of new technology and product news so that we know we are offering the best options, but we always work to our clients brief and budget – we don’t want you spending unnecessarily on an air source heat pump if all you need is a boiler change. Sustainability isn’t just about the environment – it’s about creating a heating system that will last for years to come and be economical to run for our client.

Professional

We’ve built our business’ reputation through word-of-mouth recommendations and we’re really proud of that. We don’t need to use ‘find-a-trade’ websites or advertise because our commitment to high-quality work is what keeps us in business. We are clean and tidy – you won’t know we’ve been there (except for the shiny new heating system), and we like to keep our pipes in a row! We know it sounds obvious, but if you’d seen some of the pipework we’ve had to replace… well, that’s not us.

Safety and training

It goes without saying that safety is paramount in our trade, and we give it the credence it deserves. We are Gas Safe and Hetas registered, and we make it our business to know all regulations in regards to heating systems.

We also look to get accredited with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that all products are installed to the highest standard. We are accredited installers for Vaillant, Glow-Worm, Grant and Omnie.
