This six-bedroom townhouse in the St Leonards area of Exeter received a complete overhaul. A new plant room was created in the attic space to heat the three heating zones, including underfloor heating in the basement, cinema and games room. An unvented hot water cylinder and secondary circulation circuit and three spacious bathrooms were also installed.
