The old cast iron boiler was well beyond its use by date, heating up an entire cylinder for 3 hot taps, and was generally very inefficient.
The new combination boiler will immediately save this customer energy on their hot water usage. The central heating output of the boiler has been rated down to 12kw to match the heat calculations for the property, and with the Glow-worm controls will modulate the output temperature of the boiler further to suit the ambient room temperature, we expect this customer to see HUGE savings in their energy bills.
The boiler and controls also boast a 10 year parts and labour warranty.
