We have returned to this home from earlier this year where we removed the Gas Back Boiler and Fire as part of a Gas Central heating upgrade with an ew boiler.
Today we have removed the old gas flue liner, and have now installed a Defra approved Ecozy Ottowa 5kw log burning stove.
The chimney lined with an Ultra flex 904 grade stainless steel chimney liner, and a new chimney pot with stainless steel suspended cowl installed. The installation is completed with a stainless steel register plate and an audible CO alarm.
