When one of our regular service customers returned home from holiday to find their boiler had stopped working, we attended the same day to investigate. When we arrived the customer had already made up her mind; she wanted a new boiler.
A Vaillant ecoTEC PLUS 415 was chosen to replace the cast-iron, old open-vented boiler in the garage. Two motorised valves were installed in the airing cupboard giving our client complete control over the the heating and hot water. With these now operating independently of one and another and the addition of a room thermostat, the heating system would operate in a much more efficient manner.
In addition to the new controls, a Vaillant Protection Pack was installed, increasing the 7 year warranty to a 10 year warranty.
As with all our installations, the heating system received a full flush removing suspended iron oxide and dirt from the radiators and associated pipework.
