For this boiler change, a bit of a re-think was required. The existing combination boiler, located in the loft had become problematic in recent years with multiple repairs having to be done. The the location was also difficult to access both for us and the client.
The decision was made to replace the boiler, and relocate to a more suitable and accessible location.
A Vaillant ecoTEC PLUS 832 combination boiler has now been installed in the airing cupboard on the 1st floor. The existing controls have been upgraded to the Vailllant sensoHOME, load compensating programmable room thermostat.
A Spirotech MB3 dirt filter and RV2 deaerator have been installed on the primary flow and return for ongoing boiler protection, and as with all our installations the heating system has been flushed.
This boiler also boasts a 10 year parts and labour warranty, ensuring long term peace of mind for our clients.
