With all new boiler and heating system installations, Yeoman (SW) Ltd flush your heating system using a combination of our Norstrom Proflush pump, ADEY Magna Cleanse filtration system and our Thoroughflush fresh water cleaner. These, in addition to acidic chemical cleaners, remove virtually all suspended iron oxide from your heating system.
A primary filter is also installed to provide ongoing boiler protection, improved performance and efficiency.
This process is now mandatory with all new boiler installations under Building Regulations, BS7593:2019, and without it your boiler manufacturer’s warranty will be invalid.
Your new gas boiler will require an annual service during its manufacturer’s warranty period and beyond. At the point of installation, we can book this appointment for you. Then in 12 months’ time we will call you to confirm the booking.
After your manufacturer’s warranty period has elapsed, Yeoman (SW) Ltd can then provide you with a breakdown service should your boiler have a problem.
